| Don mentioned the concern about not properly flushing the system in his response, and I think that along with possibly not replacing the R/D there may be something to the debris concern. However, that could also affect the expansion valve too. My point about the seal is that there's no telling what the remanufacturers used for the seal and the bearing replacements. They should be standard replacement parts but in this economy, perhaps some corners have been cut which would make the belt tension more of a factor in his case. Dave
